LA COUR ZAEPFFEL is quietly located in the historic center of Dambach-la-Ville. Dambach-la-ville is a medieval village located in central Alsace, on the wine route, 7 km from Sélestat between Colmar and Strasbourg.

This 13th century fortified village has kept its ramparts flanked by three high gates, one of which still houses storks today.

Its location allows you to go hiking and cycling from the cottage, the forest is500m away.
Overlooking the village, on the edge of the forest, the St Sébastien chapel offers you a magnificent view of the plain of Alsace and is at the start of many hiking trails to the ruins of the castle of Bernstein and Ortembourg.
Or towards the Falkenstein overlooking the Villé valley.
You will enjoy the beautiful excursions through the vineyards and the picturesque villages on foot or by car.
